The work · Ottawa
See it for yourself.
An example build. A hair salon in Ottawa:
Every piece of it, built here.
- A template anyone can buy
- A website he owns
The rebuild
From a template anyone can buy to a website he owns.
Same salon, same craft. What changed is the first thing a customer sees, and who owns it. Two screenshots, nothing retouched. Judge them yourself.

Screenshot, July 2026. The template it started on. Stock photos of strangers, a layout anyone can buy, and no booking of its own.

What we built. His own colours in navy and brass, photos and video made for him, and a booking page he owns.

Before
A real salon, invisible online.
A calm, high-end unisex hair studio, run by a master stylist. The room is beautiful.
Online, none of that showed. There was no real booking on his own site. Nothing on the screen looked like the room.
What we did
We built all of it, start to finish.
- Brand
A logo, colours and type that match his room. Navy, brass, oak, ivory.
- Website
A full website, built from scratch. The screenshots on this page come straight off it. Judge it yourself.
- Booking
The big one. His own booking page, stored on servers here in Canada. He owns it outright.
what the booking page actually does
Customers see the times that are really open. The slot is held while someone books it, so two people cannot take the same time. Confirmations and reminders send themselves. Customers cancel their own appointment without phoning the salon. He sees his calendar and his whole client list from his phone.
- Photos and video
Photos and video made for the site by us, not bought from a stock library.
- Upkeep
We host it and keep it running, month to month. He can stop any month with 30 days’ notice and take everything with him.
- Brand
The outcome
He owns his booking. He does not rent it.
- No monthly fee for the booking software.
- No fee per stylist.
- No cut of a new customer’s first visit.
His appointment book sits on his own website, on servers here in Canada. He can ask for the whole client list any day. He still pays the usual card processing fee. Hosting, backups and edits are $299 a month plus HST, $3,588 a year. Any build holding a customer list is on that plan. Everything else is his.
The booking page, step by step.
This is his own booking page, not a link out to somebody else’s app. He owns it. The monthly plan keeps it hosted and running. These are real screens from his site, and exactly what his customers will see. No app, no account, no login.

Customers pick the stylist they always ask for, or let the page find whoever is free for that service.

Every service with a photo, how long it takes, and the price where the price is fixed. Customers can add more than one service and book them in one visit.

The next free time, straight off his calendar. The slot is held while someone books it, so two people cannot take the same time.

Want one like it? A website is $3,500, or $2,500 at the founding rate. With booking, like this one, $8,500 or $4,000. Plus HST.
Get your free website sampleFree, and no phone call. Send us your business name. We build two sections of your real website, with your own words and pictures, and send you the link.
Most builds go live in one to three weeks. That is typical, not a promise.
Not a salon? Here is what stays the same.
People cannot find you, cannot book you, and cannot reach you when they call. So you get a website that looks like your business, and a booking page you own instead of rent. We build the same way every time. We never build the same site twice.
Nothing on this page is a mockup. These are screenshots of the working build, on test data.
Some businesses run on the phone, not on bookings. We build an answering service that picks up 24/7, and a text-back for the calls you miss. Both prices are printed on the services page.
Your business, shown the same way.
It starts with a free sample of your site.
All you send is your business name. We look at your website, your Google listing and how people book or call you. Then we build two sections of your real site, with your own words and pictures, and send you the link. We aim to send it within two business days.
